What currency are the prices displayed in on the website?
All prices are in POUNDS.

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 days for production time before your order is shipped, and the average delivery time is 5-11 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at support@bristolcouture.com.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 14 days to return the product to us for a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned package.
Note: If your package is en route, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before you can receive a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, you can use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do now?
If you have misspelled or automatically entered an incorrect address, simply reply to and confirm the order confirmation email. Once you have confirmed that the provided address is incorrect, notify us via email at support@copenhagencouture.com. If the provided address is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be issued after the 24 hours of the incorrect address being provided.

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different handling centers depending on your location. The average delivery time is 5-11 business days.
